Site prep: outdoor saunas need a flat, level base that drains well. A concrete pad, deck, or compacted gravel is standard. Hard-wired electrical circuits need to be ready for hook-up before installation.

Cold weather: this is built to live outside year round, being able to withstand all temperatures.

Assembly: We recommend setting aside one day with two pairs of hands for assembly, or booking a local installation service.

Delivery is curbside: on a pallet, by freight carrier. Before we ship, we'll call to confirm your address, your electrical hook-up, and that a delivery truck can safely reach drop site.
