Refund policy

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to love what you bring home. Because every order ships directly from the manufacturer, returns follow the manufacturer's terms, summarized here.

Standard returns. Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@saunastead.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply on non-defective returns (up to 25%, set by the manufacturer). Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable.

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, this is on us to fix. Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@saunastead.com. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original and return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fee, may be deducted from non-defective returns.

Cancellations. Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we can usually cancel it with no charge. Once it ships, standard return terms apply.
