You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, no fees. After that your order is in production or already scheduled with the freight carrier.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and need a return authorization number from us before anything ships back. New and unopened: you cover the freight both ways, quoted when we authorize it. Opened and assembled but never used: same terms plus a 20% restocking fee. Once a sauna or a plunge has been used it cannot be returned, because the manufacturer will not accept it back.

Damaged on arrival is a different thing entirely, and that one is on us. Note it on the delivery receipt, photograph it before the driver leaves, and contact us within 48 hours.

Five years on infrared saunas. Five years on the electronics in traditional and outdoor saunas, one year on the stove. One year on cold therapy tubs and chillers. The exact term for your model is on its product page.

We register it for you as your authorized dealer. If something goes wrong, email us with your order number and clear photos and we coordinate the claim with the manufacturer. You will not be handed a phone number and left on hold.

Everything ships free by freight, curbside, to the contiguous 48 states. The carrier calls to schedule an appointment, and someone 18 or older needs to be there to receive and inspect it.

Every sauna order gets a call first. We confirm your electrical, your delivery access, and that a freight truck can physically reach you. On a cold plunge we check it fits through your door.
