Welcome to Saunastead. By using saunastead.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us. Saunastead LLC is an authorized online dealer of saunas and cold plunges, based in Minnesota. Products ship directly from the manufacturer.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed at an incorrect price, and to limit quantities. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Products and warranties. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Saunastead is an authorized dealer, not the manufacturer. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by the manufacturer and believed to be accurate, but we do not warrant they are error-free.

Shipping, returns, and warranty. Your order is also governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saunastead's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including those related to installation or use. You are responsible for safe, code-compliant installation, including electrical work by a licensed professional.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
