Do you really ship for free?

Yes. Every sauna ships free to the contiguous US by freight, curbside delivery.

How long until it arrives?

Most models ship within a few business days and arrive within about one to three weeks, with tracking and a scheduled delivery window. Timelines vary by manufacturer, and we'll give you a clear estimate on your specific model.

How is it delivered?

By freight truck, curbside. We'll tell you exactly how to prepare before it arrives so the handoff is smooth.

Is assembly hard?

Most kits go together in a day with two people and basic tools, no cutting required. If you get stuck, we're on call.

What about electrical?

Most traditional saunas need a dedicated 240V circuit, and many infrared models plug into a standard outlet. We list the requirement on every product page, and a licensed electrician should handle the hookup.

Traditional or infrared?

Traditional gives you high heat and steam-on-rocks löyly. Infrared is gentler and lower-temperature, warming the body directly. Tell us your goals and we'll guide you.

Do you honor your prices?

Yes. We're an authorized dealer, so you get the manufacturer's pricing plus our Price-Match Guarantee. If you find an authorized seller listing it lower, we'll match or beat it.

What's your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. See our Returns & Refund Policy. If you're on the fence, reach out before you order. We'd rather get it right the first time.
