Shipping policy

At Saunastead, shipping is free on every sauna and cold plunge within the contiguous United States, delivered by freight to your curbside.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Because we ship directly from the manufacturer, lead times vary by model. We'll give you an estimated ship date for your specific product, and you'll receive tracking once it's on the way.

Delivery. Larger items ship by freight carrier and are delivered curbside. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone 18 or older should be present to receive and inspect the shipment.

Inspect on arrival. Please inspect your order before signing. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before the driver leaves, then contact us within 48 hours at hello@saunastead.com. This protects your freight claim. (Confirm exact remedy/timeframe with FSB — the Harvia manual specifies reporting missing/damaged parts within 14 days.)

Outside the contiguous US. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally may incur additional cost. Contact us for a quote before ordering.
